We give all of our customers 14 days to return any item - even if it's not damaged. If it has been more than 14 days since you received your order then we cannot accept returns.
If the product is faulty or damaged, then please contact us with photos of the damage and our team will be happy to advise you accordingly.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of customised cards and refunds can not be given for any customised products.
