My card isn’t working. What do I do?

If your Sunflower Extra card isn’t working when you tap it on a phone:


· Check if the phone has NFC enabled:

For iPhones (iPhone 7 and newer) – NFC is always on, just tap the top of the phone with the card.

For Android devices – NFC may need to be switched on. Go to Settings > Connections > NFC & Contactless Payments and turn it on


· Try a different phone: Not all phones have NFC. If one device doesn’t work, try tapping on another.


· Use the QR code instead: If NFC isn’t working, scan the QR code on the back of your card with your phone camera


· Check your internet connection: The digital profile requires an internet connection to load
