Yes, you can request to permanently delete your Sunflower Extra account.
Things to know before deleting your account:
This will erase all your stored information from our system.
Once deleted, your card will no longer work, and your profile cannot be recovered.
If you plan to use Sunflower Extra again in the future, you will need to purchase a new card and set up a new account.
To delete your account, go to Account Settings > Delete Account, or contact our team at https://hiddendisabilitiesstore.freshdesk.com/en/support/tickets/new
Tip: If you just want to stop using the card temporarily, you can freeze your profile instead of deleting it. This will disable access but allow you to reactivate it later.
