I’ve lost my card, what do I do?

If you’ve lost your Sunflower Extra card, follow these steps:


· Disable your card immediately – Log into your account and use the Freeze Card option. This prevents anyone else from accessing your information.


· Check your usual places – Your wallet, pockets, bag, or anywhere you normally keep your card.


· If you can’t find it, order a replacement – You will need to purchase a new card and set up your profile again.
